Toony Turqoise

This is an entirely different art style from you than what I am used to seeing, but that's a good thing, I like the cartoony appeal this picture has. He/She has a real defined jaw, and poofy cheeks! The only places I can see were you could improve would be the background, and the shadow behind him, or at least I think its a shadow, the way you faded the colors make it appear that way, maybe you could put more layers to make the color fade less sudden? Other than that, this is a great drawing and I love it! Its bootiful c':
